Skillweb has a 24 x 7 support team, equipped to dial in and restore services as its highest priority. This "help team" is backed up by a team of developers. Service levels can be applied. Optional hardware support can be provided. Skillweb usually manage "hot-spares" for the customer allowing a speedy turnaround on damaged or defective units and reconfiguring the hardware and application back into service throughout the life of the contract.
Training
Skillweb provide a range of training packages, which can be tailored to meet your requirements. Training is normally delivered so as not to disrupt the working day.
Implementation
Implementation provides Skillweb consultancy for specification, application design development, end to end configuration, delivery to site and go-live support.
Project Plan
Skillweb create a project development plan that meets the customer timescale. Systems are configured and delivered in around 3 months from order. We work closely with and rely on the co-operation and support of the customer project team to ensure a smooth implementation and successful go-live.
Mobile Hardware
From PDA to rugged mobile computer, Skillweb are happy to advise the customer in the selection of hardware from a range of options. Through our alliance partnerships we help the customer to choose hardware that fits the requirement and is cost effective.
